Description POSITION DESCRIPTION: POSITION: Behavioral Health Clinical Service Manager DEPARTMENT: Behavioral Health Services: LOCATION: 1575 Blue Hill Avenue, Mattapan, MA 02126 REPORTS TO: Behavioral Health Director: TYPE: Full-Time: SALARY: $80,000: JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for performing clinical and administrative leadership for our behavioral health department. The Behavioral Health Clinical Service Manager would provide staff leadership and direct patient care for a large culturally diverse population requiring Behavioral Health and Substance Use Disorder services at MCHC. RESPONSIBILITIES: 75% Clinical Care 25% Leadership/Care Coordination Must cooperate fully with MCHC’s Corporate Compliance Program and performs all tasks as assigned by the Director and/or CEO. - Provide appropriate psychosocial assessments and interventions. - Perform brief, solution focused therapy, and long term therapy. - Create treatment plans and refer clients to appropriate level of care based on assessment and treatment plan needs. - Assist in the implementation of community and social programs as a professional clinician in accordance with Mattapan Community Health Center grants/c...
