Summary: The Enrollment Operations Training Specialist is responsible for coordinating enrollment training and developing, maintaining, and enhancing related resources. This role ensures all training aligns with National Heritage Academies (NHA) procedures and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to deliver essential learning opportunities for school office staff. The specialist provides ongoing learning and timely updates to stakeholders through webinars, newsletters, and other communication channels. Additionally, the Enrollment Operations Training Specialist leads onboarding for new Enrollment Operations team members and supports stakeholders in understanding and applying enrollment compliance requirements.
