Clerk III- Orthopedics, North Liberty Campus - ( 26002673 ) Description The University of Iowa Health Care, Department of Orthopedics and Rehabilitation, is seeking a full-time customer-focused individual to join our team as a Clerk III at the University of Iowa Health Care North Liberty Campus. This role is integral to maintaining efficient and effective front-line operations within a high-volume, dynamic clinic environment. The work schedule for this position is Monday Friday 8 am to 5 pm. However assigned shift may vary slightly. As a Clerk III, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional front desk reception services. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the check-in and check-out processes for patients, and scheduling future clinic appointments. This position demands the ability to multitask effectively and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced setting.
