Renasant Convention Center Event Supervisor – Part time: Hours: will vary based on events Pay Rate: $18.00 an hour: BASIC FUNCTION: Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group is seeking to hire an Event Supervisor . The Event Supervisor is responsible for all administrative responsibilities for the Event Shift. To ensure the cleanliness of the facility and ensure maximum service and quality standards are achieved. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP: Event Supervisor reports to the Site Manager and receives their work assignments and supervision from same. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES: - Organize, plan, schedule and execute cleaning operations for Event Shift. - Reports to site at least one hour prior to staff report time. - Ensure all supplies, equipment and labor are available to complete assigned tasks. - Assigns Team Leaders to set-up equipment prior to start time and that equipment is properly stored at the end of the shift. - Checks in Event Staff and makes sure staffing meets required level. - Inspects staff prior to start time to assure compliance with appearance standards. - Deploys Event Staff to assure all event areas open are properly staffed and maintained in clean and...
