The Maintenance Operations Manager (M2) leads production support, maintenance, and reliability activities within a highly automated Central Fill pharmacy environment. This role is accountable for maximizing equipment uptime, throughput, quality, and on‑time delivery while ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and customer service standards.
