Claims Handler – Commercial Insurance (Mid to Expert Level) Job Purpose: Drive excellence in claims management for commercial insurance in Poland! Your Responsibilities: - Handle, analyze and resolve claims for commercial business (Property, Liability, and related lines) independently and in line with Zurich’s service standards - Review policy coverage, gather facts, assess losses, and negotiate settlements with customers, brokers, and other partners - Ensure accurate, timely claims handling, balancing customer focus with adherence to legal and regulatory requirements - Collaborate closely with Underwriting, Risk Engineering, and Legal to resolve complex cases and identify process improvements - Support digitalization and continuous development of claims processes - Act as a point of escalation for particularly complex or high-value claims (for Senior/Expert level) - Contribute to sharing knowledge and best practices within the Claims team Your Profile: -...
