About the role: What's in the Box As a Junior IT Engineer within our Benelux Operations tribe, you will support the team responsible for keeping technology across our production facility running smoothly. You will play a key role in ensuring colleagues receive the right hardware, access, and support to do their work effectively. In this role, you will primarily focus on the practical side of workplace IT. You will help prepare and configure laptops, support onboarding and offboarding processes, and assist colleagues with day-to-day hardware and access questions. Working closely with our IT Engineers and Operations teams, you will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced production and logistics environment. You will be based fulltime on-site at our Bleiswijk Distribution Center and collaborate with colleagues across Benelux to support reliable, secure workplace technology. Occasionally, you may be required to travel to some of our logistics hubs across the Netherlands and Belgium. Please note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
