SUMMARY: The Supervisor Production is responsible for driving high production performance, exceptional product quality, and strong yields—while maintaining the safest working environment possible. Success in this position requires a solid understanding of the production process, accurate recordkeeping, and oversight of line maintenance and staffing. This position plays a key part in ensuring daily operations run smoothly, supporting both production goals and team member development. REQUIREMENTS: Education : High school diploma; education beyond high school including special training, vocational school and/or college courses is preferred. Computer Skills : Basic computer skills helpful. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills. Supervisory : This position is responsible for supervising a group of personnel who perform somewhat identical and related tasks or activities. Travel : 1-5 trips per year.
