DIRECTOR, FACILITY DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION Job Number: 2600011A Primary Location : United States-Virginia-Virginia Beach Organization : NEXCOMHQ Pay Range : $113,250 - $144,452 based on exp Job Summary: Manages the activities and personnel engaged in the Design and Procurement Construction Closeout and PostProject Review phases of the NEXCOM Capital Improvement Program. Coordinates work through other stages of the capital project process. This management position involves architectural engineering and contractual and financial activities supporting capital project execution. Responsible for creating and maintaining facility standards for NEXCOM brands. Duties and Responsibilities: The incumbent of this position must file a Financial Disclosure Report (OGE) Form 450. Requires a total of 10 years of combined experience. EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in architecture accredited by the National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB) or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) OR a degree in architecture or engineering or related field that included 60 semester hours of course work in architecture/engineering or related...
