JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Summary: The Clinical Provider Supervisor supervises Clinical Providers and provide therapy for assigned clients. Essential Job Functions: - Provide supervision to the Clinical Providers assigned to you and hold regularly scheduled individual supervisory sessions and team meetings with supervisees. - Assist supervisees in the effective management of their time, as dictated by DMH standards and departmental needs. - Provide individual, group, family and/or other practical counseling utilizing his/her experience and ability to meet the needs of the client and the goals of treatment, and engages in any other activities that meet those needs and goals.
