Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of trucking operations across multiple regions and accounts. This role ensures strategic alignment with company goals, operational profitability, driver satisfaction, and customer service excellence. The Director leads a team of Senior and Regional Operations Managers, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborates cross-functionally to support growth, compliance, and safety. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS FOR THIS POSITION: - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Operations Managers and frontline leaders to achieve performance goals in driver management, cost control, and service delivery - Translate executive-level directives into operational strategies and execution plans.
