We’re seeking a driven and experienced Automotive Sales Manager with strong Finance & Insurance (F&I) expertise to lead our sales team, maximize profitability, and ensure compliance while maintaining top-tier customer satisfaction. Position Overview: The Sales Manager will oversee daily showroom operations, coach and develop sales staff, and work closely with the F&I department to optimize deal structure and profitability. This role requires a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands both front-end and back-end dealership operations.
