Overview: The Patient Care Specialist, under the supervision of Manager, Operations & Compliance, assists in the various activities of the pharmacy operations not requiring the professional judgment of the pharmacist. The Patient Care Specialist is primarily responsible for incoming and outgoing calls from customers regarding drug delivery, set-up and all related services. Signing Bonus: This position will be granted a $1000 bonus to be paid upon completion of 6 months of service with the company. Our scheduling includes rotating 1st and 2nd shifts, with a minimum of two closing shifts (1:30pm - 10pm) per week—unless we find a dedicated individual who prefers evenings. Associates working 2nd shift will be eligible for a shift differential in pay. Qualifications: High School diploma or GED required.
