Job Title: Senior Gardener Based at: Bicester Village: Contract Length: 6 month Fixed Term Contract About the role: As our Senior Gardener, you will be responsible for gardening and landscaping of the Village. Key responsibilities: The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following: - Manage existing installations and surrounding areas, ensuring plants are being watered, fed, pruned and replaced, if and when necessary - Work with the Village’s operations and visual merchandise teams to ensure the installations meet the villages health and safety requirements as well as each individual brands expectations - Help with over night installs when a complete seasonal refresh is required - Answer any queries about the plants and installation About You: We are looking for an individual who can display the following experience and skills: - Experience within a similar role is preferred - Full driving licence - Ability to take ownership of assigned duties - Good communication skills - Friendly, approachable with a good knowledge about plants - Fluent in local Village language, any other European language would be beneficial
