Job Description Are you an experienced project delivery leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment? Do you enjoy balancing technical understanding, strategic thinking, and hands‑on involvement? As a Senior Technical Delivery Manager , you’ll lead project delivery across multiple business units in Radius, including Telecoms, Insurance, and group-wide Data initiatives. You’ll manage a wide range of platforms and systems, all focused on improving customer experience, enabling business growth, and driving operational efficiency. You will also lead and develop a small team of Technical Delivery Managers, ensuring the highest delivery standards and supporting their personal growth. This is a high‑impact role with visibility across the organisation - ideal for someone who is technically curious, commercially aware, and confident managing complex projects end‑to‑end.
