MAINTENANCE MANAGERESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: 1. Provides Maintenance Systems Management a. Maintain all production machinery including refrigeration, HVAC, and facility machinery. b. Work with purchasing to order machinery parts. c. Complete knowledge of schematics. d. Oversee repair of valves, pumps, regulators, cylinders and controls. e. Advise management of replacement machinery or parts and areas to improve the equipment in the facility. f. Manages maintenance systems associated with high performing manufacturing organizations (Root Cause Analysis, Reliability-Centered Maintenance, etc.) while focusing on maximum plant capacity, while minimizing cost g. Assigns proper scheduling of work to maximize task completion with minimal plant disruption, reduction in unscheduled downtime while lowering costs and creating higher plant efficiency. 2. Effectively Manages Maintenance Staff and Safety a. Maintain building to promote a safe working environment b.
