This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference while providing companionship and daily support. Qualifications: - Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility - Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and preferences - Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishwashing, and tidying up living areas - Monitor and report changes in the client’s health, behavior, or environment - Medication reminders - Provide companionship and emotional support - Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, or social activities (if applicable) - Follow care plans and document services provided - Maintain client dignity, confidentiality, and safety at all times - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if transportation assistance is required) - Ability to lift 25–50 pounds, depending on client needs - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Patience, empathy, and a str...
