Key position functions include: - Ensure all service personnel observes all Health, Safety, and Quality requirements in the performance of work. - Promotes Operations HR policies, procedures, and standards - Receive customer calls requesting our services and obtain necessary information such as Customer Name, well name, location, time service is required, and nature of the work desired. - Notify the Service Manager and other employees regarding the job information to ensure that all critical information is communicated to the appropriate staff. - Communicates clearly by answering, comprehending, and making phone calls or sending emails. - Fills out Job Assessment Meetings (JAM), pulls all back-ups, and stages service tools for service techs prior to dispatch. - Communicat...
