Senior Financial Analyst

Job description

As Product Supply Senior Financial Analyst, you act as a trusted finance business partner to both the Global Technical organization and the manufacturing plants. You translate complex financial data into actionable insights, support strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement across cost, performance and investment initiatives. Partner with Global Technical Organization and Plant leadership to understand cost structures, analyze cost-saving initiatives and evaluate investment programs. Coordinate the plant forecasting and budgeting cycle, including reconciliation of forecasts, budgets and actuals, with clear variance analysis and insights. Assist and support plant loss analysis, benchmarking and sourcing studies, COGS analysis and financial evaluations of new business opportunities and product innovations. Develop a solid understanding of the global supply network and support related financial and performance analyses. Enable data-driven decisions by leveraging financial data and delivering ad-hoc analyses, insights and recommendations to the business.
