Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced Senior Finance Data Analyst to join us in a full-time capacity. Location Requirement: The work arrangement for this role is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of three (3) days in a Segra office, with flexibility to work remotely two (2) days each week. This is not open to remote. Role Overview: The Senior Finance Data Analyst is a key member of the Finance Business Intelligence team, reporting to the Senior Director, Finance Business Intelligence. This role is responsible for transforming complex financial and operational data into accurate, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. This position requires a strong blend of financial acumen, technical expertise, and analytical rigor. The ideal candidate is proficient in Power BI report development, SQL-based data extraction and modeling, and has a proven track record in data auditing, validation, and discrepancy resolution.
