Our Business Assurance team plays a key role in supporting the business, helping ensure processes are clear, controlled and continuously improving. We are looking for a Business Assurance Lead to join the team and support the delivery of the Material Controls programme. This is a role with real visibility across the business, offering the opportunity to work with a wide range of stakeholders and contribute to meaningful improvements. The Opportunity: This role sits at the centre of a key business priority, helping to strengthen and formalise internal controls across Aston Martin. You will work closely with teams across Finance, IT and wider business functions, supporting and challenging where needed to ensure controls are effective and fit for purpose. You will be involved in activities that span the business, contributing to a programme that is critical to maintaining compliance and improving how processes are structured and delivered.
