Job Summary: We are looking for a Residential Plumber. The successful candidate should be able to work efficiently, have great attention to detail, be organized, and be able to perform in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position, includes rotating on-calls. This position has a base pay and is eligible for commissions on any upsells. Key Responsibilities: - Install and diagnose water heaters, boilers, water lines, drains, and gas lines - Ensure installations meet code and company quality standards - Maintain jobsite safety, organization, and team productivity - Use various plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, monometers, etc.) - Demonstrate respect and compassion when communicating with clients on work performed and on recommendations for repairs or replacement - Document details on all calls including estimates and recommendations - Complete all tasks per company quality and safety standards Qualifications & Requirements: - 2+ years of residential plumbing installation experience - Previous experience as residential plumber - Experience with re-pipes, drain/sewer systems, water heaters, and residential plumbing installations - Knowledge of boiler...
