Location: Barcelona - Spain (3 days working from the office and 2 days working from home) Role Summary: Reporting to the Global Head of Medical Performance & Field Medical Excellence, the Global Medical Performance & Field Medical Excellence Director is accountable for aligning global and local medical strategies and driving world‑class medical performance and impact. This role will define and operationalize the standards, capabilities, and measurement frameworks that elevate Medical Affairs execution, accelerate launch excellence, and advance healthcare delivery across markets. Key Responsibilities: Define, standardize, and track disease area and brand Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that demonstrate the impact of Medical on launch excellence, evidence generation pull‑through, scientific engagement quality, and improved patient care. Establish leading and lagging indicators with clear targets and governance. Develop and cascade Field Medical Strategic Plans (FMSPs) into markets; identify and close strategic and execution gaps through targeted interventions and capability building.
