The Senior Director of Sales is responsible for leading profitable growth across assigned channels and national customers for Nature’s Bakery. This leader defines channel strategy, owns senior customer relationships, and drives commercial execution through account teams operating across direct, broker-led, and hybrid coverage models. Key Responsibilities: Business Leadership: - Deliver annual and multi-year targets for Net Sales, Earnings, Share, and Distribution - Set and execute channel and customer growth strategies aligned with enterprise priorities - Own senior customer relationships and lead Joint Business Planning for key national accounts - Drive results across core commercial levers including distribution, pricing, assortment, shelving, and merchandising execution - Lead insight-driven, category-focused selling to unlock mutual growth opportunities - Monitor performance trends and adjust strategies using sales, market, and customer data Team & Organizational Leadership: - Lead account teams supporting customers across direct, broker-led, and hybrid coverage models - Oversee broker strategy and performance, ensuring clear priorities, execution standards, and accountability...
