Part-Time Employment - Sunday 8am-4pm REQUIRED Pay Rate: $18.00 hourly: A Wellness Companion will provide companion services and non-medical assistance to help the participant thrive safely, comfortably, and independently in their own home. This role focuses on supporting daily structure, routine, and overall well-being through consistent presence, engagement, and reassurance. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Follow the participant’s person-centered Health and Wellness Plan - Support the participant in maintaining their daily schedule and routine - Provide reminders and cueing for activities of daily living as outlined in the Health and Wellness Plan - Provide medication reminders as outlined in the Health and Wellness Plan - Encourage use of language assistive devices as appropriate - Serve and participa...
