Acts as a subject matter expert by providing specialized support in completing, submitting, and securing approvals for Medicaid and financial assistance applications. Serves as a primary resource for patient inquiries ensuring clarity and accessibility in financial options. Collaborates with RevCycle teams, offering expert cross-coverage and support to enhance the overall patient financial experience.
