Piper Electric, a Crete United Company , is a top-rated electrical contractor in the Denver metro area, is seeking a Fire Alarm Superintendent to support and grow our fire alarm division with a strong focus on a major plant upgrade project, with an expected duration of 2+ years. This role is ideal for an experienced Superintendent in fire alarm systems who is looking for long-term, stable project work with the opportunity to lead field execution from early phases through completion. We are also open to a top performing Foreman ready to take the next step. Key Responsibilities: - Lead field execution of fire alarm system installations on a large-scale plant upgrade project - Supervise crews installing conduit, wiring, devices, panels, and networked systems in an active industrial environment - Coordinate closely with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades to maintain schedule and jobsite flow - Review drawings, submittals, and layouts to ensure compliance with NFPA 72, NEC, and all applicable state and local (AHJ) requirements, including coordination with fire inspectors and jurisdictional authorities - Manage manpower planning, material coordination, and jobsite lo...
