Production Operator

Job description

Production Operator Hourly pay rate $26.80 - $ 36.25 per hour The hours are a rotating schedule so 1st Shift, 7AM-3PM, 2nd Shift, 3PM-11PM, 3rd Shift, 11PM-7AM. Weekly rotation. Role & Responsibilities: · Adhere to all safety/housekeeping requirements within a manufacturing setting. · Responsible for operating production equipment, including troubleshooting and making the necessary adjustments to ensure product and quality specifications are met. · Recording of production data and other results in the manner required. · Apply basic maintenance skills to help service equipment. · Expected to take an active role in all plant safety and continuous improvement initiatives as required by supervision. · Adaptable to scheduling requirements including shiftwork, assignment of overtime, working weekends, etc. where applicable.
