Strathcona County’s Fleet and Facility Management department is seeking a dedicated, detail‑oriented Partsperson to support our operations. Key Responsibilities: - Support day to day materials management activities within Fleet Services - Procure materials, goods, and services for Strathcona County departments in alignment with County purchasing policies and procedures, ensuring the right balance of quantity, quality, timeliness and cost - Order, issue, and distribute parts and materials to staff at the Strathcona Public Services Yard, Transit, and satellite maintenance facilities including Firehalls, Recreation Parks & Culture (RPC), and Josephburg shops - Assist with maintaining adequate inventory levels of parts, supplies and materials to meet departmental needs - Accurately document all data entry for purchase and issuance of parts and sublets - Ensure proper steps are followed when completing invoice receipts to support accurate month end billing - Assist with conducting annual inventory counts - Prepare and process shipping and receiving documentation for all incoming and ou...
