Registered Nurse Department: Residential/Nursing Homes: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Jersey - Le Petit Bosquet Reporting To: Registered Manager: Description: Le Petit Bosquet Nursing & Residential Home are looking for a Registered Nurse to join the team and be responsible for providing high-quality care to Service Users, in-line with the highest regulatory standards. Reporting to the Deputy/Registered Manager, you will also be responsible for overseeing the care provided by our Health Care Assistants. Key Responsibilities: Principle Responsibilities;-: - Be accountable for care delivered to Service Users. - Assessing, planning and evaluating care needs or the provision of care. - To oversee and deliver high-quality care to all Service Users. - To support the Deputy & Registered Manager of the designated home in complying with the card standards in the jurisdiction working within. - Act as a leadership role model for junior members of staff and Health Care Assistants. - Adhere to high standards of clinical and non-clinical practice. - Adhere to policies and standards set by the company and the care standards in the jurisdiction working within. - Work within a wider organisa...
