Job Highlights: - The Maintenance Manager is responsible for all asset and facilities maintenance at the Kalama specialty chemical manufacturing site, a 24/7 synthetic organic chemical operation with complex continuous and batch processes. - Develops and executes maintenance strategies, systems, and processes to ensure safe, reliable, compliant, and cost‑effective performance of plant assets. - Leads a maintenance organization of approximately 4 direct reports and 17 indirect reports, including maintenance professionals, craftsmen, and contractors. - Builds and sustains a strong culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Serves as a member of the Site Leadership Team and partners closely with Operations, Engineering, and EHS to align maintenance activities with operational objectives and regulatory requirements. - Owns the site asset management strategy, including preventive and predictive maintenance programs, CMMS utilization, QA/QC standards, and maintenance cost control. - Works closely with maintenance planning, scheduling, and production teams to execute routine inspections, small outages, and major turnaround outages. - Ensures compliance with...
