About the Job: We are hiring a Launch & Operations Lead to drive launch readiness and coordinated execution for the commercial introduction of Ossium Health’s novel cryopreserved HPC-Marrow product. This role sits at the center of launch activities; responsible for aligning messaging, materials, training, and operational workflows to ensure seamless commercial adoption across transplant centers at launch. You’ll lead campaign development, omnichannel marketing, and field enablement, while partnering with Medical Affairs on educational tools and programs.
