Location: 225 Asylum Street, Suite 1910, Hartford Connecticut Job Summary: The Business Banking Sales Leader (BBSL) manages a team of Business Banking Relationship Managers (BBRMs) in CT, ME, & VT, both field and virtual, who acquire new clients and expand the share of wallet of existing client portfolio of businesses. In some regions, the BBSL will manage Team Lead(s) who oversee a group of RMs The BBSL promotes a client centric culture and cultivates a continuous learning environment that focuses on the development, success and retention of the sales team. Develops and maintains a strong partnership with Retail Leaders Banking to drive small business opportunities through the consumer channel, as well as Private Bank Leaders help clients experience the full capabilities of the bank.
