NOW HIRING · GLADIATOR GAMES STUDIO: Lead AI Game Engineer London / Hybrid · Up to £140,000 We build real-money HTML5 slot games with a small, senior team. We use AI as a core part of how we develop not as an experiment, but as a genuine workflow. THE ROLE: You'll lead development of our next generation of slot games. Hands-on technical leadership, you're still writing code. You'll help define how AI-assisted workflows get built into the studio's process, and mentor a small team of strong engineers. Prior slot game development experience is non-negotiable. WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON: - Lead development of new slot game titles from concept to production - Build core game systems and reusable frameworks in JS/TS - Prototype and ship quickly using AI-assisted development loops - Collaborate directly with designers and product to turn ideas into playable games - Mentor and help grow the engineering team REQUIRED: - Slot game experience - real-money or social casino platforms (essential) - Strong JavaScript / TypeScript - HTML5 game development - Rendering frameworks - PIXI.js, Phaser, or similar - Comfortable using AI coding tools day-to-day (Claude Code strongly preferred) - Strong architect...
