Job DetailsJob Location: Rosecrest - Inman, SC 29349Position Title: Med Tech/Resident Assistant FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Job Summary: The Med Tech/Resident Assistant provides both medication administration and direct care services to residents, ensuring their comfort, privacy, and dignity. This role includes assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and documenting care. Duties and Responsibilities: Resident Care and ADLs (35%) Provide direct care according to individual resident care plans. Assist residents with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, and other ADLs, while promoting independence whenever possible. Take and record residents' temperature, pulse, respirations, weight, and blood pressure as per facility policy. Assist in resident mobility and transfers using proper techniques and equipment, such as gait belts, wheelchairs, and walkers. Provide exceptional customer service and high-quality care by showing compassion and empathy towards residents and their families.
