Full or Part-time Hourly Position ranging from $8.00-$10.00 + tips plus benefits. Located in Santa Fe, NM at the Hotel St. Francis. Typical shift is 4PM-11PM Essential Duties and Functions/Responsibilities/Tasks: - Work under direction of Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager. - Communicate daily with Kitchen leadership regarding job assignments and required timeframe. - Maintain high level of positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests. - Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards at all times. - Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of dining area. - Maintain table settings by removing courses, replenishing utensils, and being alert to beverage needs. - Prepare dining outlets for service, checking service stations and tables to ensure correct set-up and cleanliness. - Resolve issues for any approaching guests in a professional and timely manner. - Answer the phone and assist with guest seating, serving food or (non-alcoholic) drinks as requested. - H...
