Job description

The Loaner Coordinator plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service by coordinating and fulfilling loaner requests from the Field Operations team on behalf of our customers. This role collaborates closely with a cross‑functional team to ensure timely, accurate, and high‑quality loaner support while consistently working to exceed customer expectations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Under the direction of the Vice President of Sales for Surgical Equipment Repair, the Loaner Coordinator is committed to providing outstanding service and support to internal and external customers. Key responsibilities include: - Provide full coverage during assigned shifts to support loaner requests from the Field teams and customers. - Accurately document all loaner requests, fulfillments, and declines. - Uses analytical skills to determine appropriate loaner fulfillment by researching and verifying loaner inventory and availability.Prepare all required documentation for fulfilled orders, including packing slips and/or shipping tracking labels. - Package and ship loaner equipment to the final destination. - Coordinate and facilitate the return of loaner equipment from the Field Te...
