Description Job Title: Inspector Packer: Department: Molding/Gel/Biofexx: Reports To: Production Supervisor: Travel: Job Summary Required to perform tasks involved in the production, inspection and packing of Altor Solutions’ products and report to the appropriate individual - Quality, Set Up Technician, Production Supervisor) if products have not met company quality standards. Must follow Altor Solutions’ standards for Safety, Housekeeping, Quality and Production in an efficient and safe manner. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Removes product from conveyor belt and places product into drying racks, boxes, or bags. - Packs product into drying racks, boxes, or bags. - Using heavy-duty tape machines, cuts tape and wraps product for storage delivery. - Lifts and removes completed boxes or bags and places on/in designated location, wagon, or pallet. - Receives verbal and written job assignments; reads and complies with product description and packing instructions on Quality/Production Data sheet. - Completes “Operator Production/Quality Report,” packing report, worksheets and/or “special” customer requirement inspection forms where required. - Performs visual inspections and/or...
