Lease Operator II

Job description

Description The Lease Operator II is responsible for safe and efficient daily operations of our natural gas system. This is a mid-level position which will require the ability to perform duties independently or with assistance as necessary. Responsibilities: - Travel to each location to gather, record, and report all relevant information (i.e., gauges, levels, fluids, pressures, production, etc., in an accurate and consistent manner). This is applicable to Lease Operators only. - Inspect locations for any leaks, spills, and recognize any potential issues. Contact immediate supervisor with any relevant issues, or significant production loss in a timely manner. Applicable to lease operators, foreman, meter techs, and superintendents. - Record and process all paperwork, inspections, timecards, and expense reports in a timely manner. - Identify and diagnose any problems on location and repair without supervision. - Maintain and increase production through good, daily operations by properly utilizing tools the tools and equipment available. - Perform all other duties required for which the employee is qualified and trained.
