Come join our amazing team and work a hybrid schedule! Responsible for handling assumption loan transactions and adhering to company guidelines. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The base pay is $26.44 per hour + bonus. What you’ll do: - Discuss steps involved in the assumption process with prospective and current customers. - Manage the loan process according to current legal and company guidelines and applicable federal, state and local regulations. - Follow up with prospective borrowers regarding documents that were submitted for review, analyze credit reports, income documents, and conduct further research as required. - Maintain in depth knowledge of FHA and VA products in order to provide the highest levels of service for our clients. - Maintain knowledge of Disclosing Requirements for LE and disclosure preparation. - Adhere to all phone disclosure requirements when speaking to customers. - Ensure loans are in compliance with Carrington guidelines, applicable state and federal regulations, and investor requirements. - Partner with operations staff to ensure...
