Description This position is responsible to manage the coordination of services to benefit clients. The client services advocate will provide team attitude and support for employee benefit consultant in all service areas. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - ACA Compliance - Contract request/review - Monthly client service call - Work with Producer or SBC for who should set up - Monthly Employer communication - Assist with 5500 filing/reporting - Audit account for consistency of definitions - Billing issues - Carrier inquiries - Claim issues - Day to day client questions - Eligibility issues - Plan implementation - Communication of Christensen Group services - Claim review New/Renewal/Marketing: - Assist with pre and post renewal meetings - Renewal request - Market benefit plans - Understand carrier guidelines - Create renewal and marketing spreadsheet results - Create/order open enrollment materials - Create/order new hire materials - Renewal verification with carriers - Renewal information to COBRA administrator (if applicable) - Confirmation letters - Term letters to carriers - Client set up with carriers Revenue Growth: - Contribute to agency revenue goals by following esta...
