Introduction The Quality Engineering & Excellence team in the Reuse & Repair sector supports a large engineering organization in Veldhoven. The team enables consistent quality, performance, and continuous improvement across reuse and repair activities. In this internship, you will help design and implement a structured KPI framework for a department of about 100 people. Your work connects strategic goals to measurable outcomes and improves data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate closely with engineering leaders and cross-functional stakeholders. Your assignment: You will design and implement a clear KPI framework that supports performance management and improvement cycles.
