This position plans and implements specific and individualized treatment programs to patients according to the principles of physical therapy. Qualifications: - Minimum of one (1) of the following required: - Current Montana Physical Therapy license. - Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program and must successfully obtain Montana Physical Therapy license within thirty (30) days of hire. - RQI Provider (BLS) within seven (7) days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever comes first, required. - Promotes excellence through setting high standards and providing high quality outcomes. - Ability to act with integrity, kindness, and exhibit empathy. - Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, a self-starter, possess critical thinking skills and be able to set priorities and function as part of a team as well as independently. - Commitment to worki...
