Description The Resident Activities Coordinator plays a key role in enhancing the quality of life at Casa di Francesco Apartments , a senior independent living community in Seffner, Florida. This position supports the social, organizational, and administrative needs of residents by helping facilitate tenant-led organizations, planning engaging and compliant activity programs, and providing essential administrative support to the leasing office. This is a part-time position (approximately 24 hours per week), requiring a full-day shift on Sunday, with additional weekday hours (3–4 days, Monday–Friday) scheduled based on community needs. We offer flexibility and will work with your availability whenever possible.
