Summary: Promotes a positive work environment that inspires, motivates, challenges, supports and provides ongoing recognition for exceptional performance. Primary supervisor of the sales, service and operations of the banking center and ensuring the proper training and development of the staff, in order to provide excellent customer service. This person may be responsible for the completion of all operational and compliance reporting for the banking center. This position will support all sales efforts in the banking center and work closely with the Banking Center Manager or District Manager to meet desired goals and expectations. This person may be assigned to more than one office.
