Product Technologist

Job description

We are seeking a commercially minded Product Technologist to take ownership of compliance and quality across our Cookware and Electrical categories. Working closely with the Head of Quality Assurance, this role will lead the technical and regulatory management of these core categories, ensuring products are safe, compliant, and aligned to our brand standards, from concept through to post-launch performance. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced retail environment, combining technical expertise with strong cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will also deputise for the Head of QA when required and support wider quality initiatives across the business. Own Category Compliance & Safety: - Ensure all cookware and electrical products meet UK, EU, and relevant international regulatory requirements. - Manage food contact compliance, electrical safety approvals, material declarations, and labelling standards. - Maintain robust technical files and ensure audit readiness at all times.
