RESPONSIBILITIES: Receive cash, gift card, or charge payments for products purchased and issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customer. Describe product features, pricing, and new products to customers. Refill products and ensure products are displayed appropriately. Ensure store, restrooms, back stockrooms, pumps, and other outside areas are kept clean and organized by performing cleaning tasks as needed. This includes emptying all garbage cans, sweeping, and mopping. Notify supervisor of needed products for restocking. Cash ticket vouchers per customers’ requests. Take and prepare special orders from customers. Fold and prepare boxes for recycling. Bag, box, or wrap merchandise. Resolve customer's complaints. Other projects and duties as assigned.
