POSITION SUMMARY: The Nightlife support associate Assists the VIP Host team during venue operations to seat guests, make table transfers (including condensing the room). Nightlife support associate’s will stay attentive on Radio and Cell Phone for constant communication throughout operation hours, including instructions from the Lead hosts to provide excellent Hospitality to our guests. The position facilitates all guest reservation requests promptly and without error, ensures guests are aware of events and supports the execution of them, maintains a high level of visibility throughout the facility, and builds guest loyalty by exceeding all expectations in service and dependability. The position will report to all scheduled duties in a timely manner and collaborate with all departments to ensure total guest satisfaction.
