Description POSITION DESCRIPTION: Under the oversight of the Youth & Family Director, provide leadership to all areas of the Youth & Family Department and to coordinate planning, development, staff oversight and implementation of all activities in the Youth and Family Department and supervise the programs under the principles of the YMCA Character Development, caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. Starting at $13.00 per hour: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Maintain accurate paperwork including incident reports registration forms, timesheet, new hire forms, attendance, and enrollment records. - Keep areas clean and equipment organized. - Report any equipment breakdowns or safety issues to Supervisor. - Communicate regularly with children and parents. - Assist with developing and maintaining family newsletter. - Adhere to and implement YMCA mission and philosophy. - Assist with planning monthly family events. - Ensure the safety and well-being of all children. - Supervise staff to provide a safe and healthy environment. - Develop meaningful and sustainable relationships with members, donors, and volunteers. - Prepare and distribute USDA and HEPA approved snacks and/or meals t...
