A rare opportunity to join a leading non-bank lender as an IT Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organisation’s IT systems. Your primary objective will be to provide technical assistance to end-users, resolve issues promptly, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our IT infrastructure. This is a full-time office based role. Graduates are encouraged to apply. Roles and responsibilities: Technical Support: - Respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot hardware and software problems, and provide timely solutions. This includes assisting with desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals. Installation and Configuration: - Install, configure, and maintain software applications, operating systems, and network components. User Training: - Conduct training sessions for new employees on IT tools, security protocols, and best practices. Documentation: - Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and user requests via our Service Management process.
